◆ Q: How can I know your price?
The price is based on specific buyer requirements. Please provide the following details so we can quote an exact price:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type of glass, thickness (single, double, laminated, or other), and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon).
◆ Q: What is the standard size and delivery time of your windows and doors?
Our products are custom-made according to the buyer's requested dimensions. Delivery time is normally 38 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.
◆ Q: What are your payment terms and frame colors?
Normally, 40% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable. Standard frame finish options include powder coating in frost black, silver grey, or standard white.
◆ Q: What is your warranty and problem-handling procedure?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frame non-fading and non-peeling, as well as smoothly operating hardware under correct use (including a 10-year warranty for German hardware). If a quality issue arises, replacement parts are sent promptly by international courier (immediate delivery from stock, or 10-15 days for special ordering).
